제안을 지지하는 첫 번째 이유를 구체적(어린이집 확장이 필요한 공간을 제공)으로 서술하고, 그 긍정적인 영향(어린이들이 더 많이 수용될 수 있다)을 설명한다. 

3) 세 번째 문단
