(영단어) VIS

'vis'는 'to see' 보다라는 뜻을 가진 어근이다.

Steve Jobs famously critiqued Windows Vista during a 2007 interview at the D5 Conference. He didn't specifically mention Longhorn, but Vista was the final product that emerged from the Longhorn project. Here's an approximation of what he might have said:

"Well, you know, we've been working on our own operating system for a long time, and what we've seen from Windows Vista is a bit disappointing. It's not up to the standards that we would have hoped for in terms of user experience. It's bloated, it's slow, and it's not as intuitive as it could be. We believe in simplicity and elegance, and Vista seems to have missed the mark on that."

Jobs was known for his candid assessments, and his comments on Vista reflected Apple's competitive stance against Microsoft in the operating system market.
